Job Description

As a seasoned network professional, you will be responsible for understanding the Arista Wi-Fi cloud architecture and its components. You will work closely with software development, test engineers, and field support engineers to gather technical requirements and validate that the product meets our customers' needs.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and deploying complex networks that mimic customer environments at scale. They will also have experience with cloud and virtual technologies.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for field escalations, reproducing issues locally and driving them to a resolution by coordinating with various teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with troubleshooting wired or wireless networks and debugging complex software
  • Strong knowledge of cloud and virtual technologies
  • Ability to design and deploy complex networks
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
