Software Quality Assurance Specialist

In this exciting role as a Software Test Engineer, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the quality and integrity of our software solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive test plans that meet project requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs, and executing thorough testing processes to deliver high-quality results.
You will have the opportunity to work on various aspects of software development, including system, integration, and regression testing, as well as analyzing user stories and use cases to ensure their validity and feasibility.
Beyond these core responsibilities, you will have the chance to contribute to the development of automation frameworks, utilizing tools like Selenium/Cucumber to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the testing process.

Requirements:- Graduation degree with at least 3+ years of experience as a software tester in a reputable IT organization
- Current or past experience as a software tester in an established IT organization for at least 2 years
- Adequate knowledge of banking domain principles
- Ability to learn digital banking concepts
- Familiarity with phases and nuances of STLC
- Strong adherence to quality processes
- Experience working with waterfall model; Agile (Scrum) is an added advantage
- Multiple stakeholder collaboration skills
- Automation tool expertise (Selenium/Cucumber)
