Job Title

A Process Excellence professional is required to manage supply chain operations with a focus on process improvement, cost control, and compliance.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring operational procedures meet regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  1. SOP Development & Compliance:
  • Draft, review, and update SOPs aligned with industry standards.
  • Ensure operational procedures meet regulatory and audit requirements.
  1. Continuous Improvement & Project Management:
  • Identify and execute CI projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization in procurement, logistics, and warehousing.
  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to address root causes and drive measurable improvements.
  1. Data Analytics & Reporting:
  • Analyze and report on core supply chain KPIs (lead time, OTIF, inventory turns, supplier performance).
  • Build dashboards and advanced analytical reports using Excel, Power BI, or other relevant tools.
  1. Procurement & Supplier Management:
  • Support procurement of APIs, excipients, and packaging materials, ensuring quality compliance and supplier performance.
  • Drive vendor evaluation, qualification, and timely material availability at the site.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with QA, QC, Production, and Planning teams to ensure seamless batch scheduling and material flow.
  • Support audits with accurate documentation and supply chain evidence.
About You
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in pharmaceutical supply chain or similar regulated industry.
  • Education: B Tech/ B. Pharma or MBA (in Supply Chain Operations is a plus).
  • Lean Six Sigma (certification preferred).
  • Strong command of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
  • Project management experience with ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
