Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Global Procurement to lead our strategic objectives into multi-year program roadmaps, driving process, technology, and systems transformation and enhancement programs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for change management, metrics, and smooth execution of our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global procurement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to transform procurement processes, technologies, and systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build support and drive successful project implementation.
  • Own the Global Procurement Center of Excellence (GP COE) internal communication and team member engagement.

Requirements

You must have a proven track record of applying project management and organizational change management concepts to achieve strategic priorities. Developing positive relationships with collaborators is essential for success in this role.
