As a Fitness Industry Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind onboarding and managing fitness centers within our network. Your role will involve:

  • Onboarding new fitness centers in your region
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with fitness center owners
  • Monitoring performance and providing optimization insights
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align strategies and resolve issues
  • Gathering feedback to improve services and user experience
  • Onboarding New Cities on FITPASS network

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales/account management or a similar role, preferably in the fitness, fintech, or wellness industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Understanding of the fitness industry
  • Tech-savvy with CRM tools and data analytics
  • A genuine passion for fitness and wellness
  • Passion for traveling and Networking
