Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our procurement efforts. As a strategic sourcing expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.

You will lead, mentor, and manage the purchase and store team to achieve departmental targets. Your goal is to optimize procurement, inventory, and sourcing processes for cost savings and efficiency.

In this role, you will understand department requirements, club purchase needs, and source accordingly at group level. You will negotiate with existing and new vendors for best pricing and quality.

You will finalize L1/L2 vendors, execute agreements, and maintain vendor trackers with cost-benefit analysis. Ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and environmental standards is also a key responsibility.

Additionally, you will manage inventory to meet production demands while minimizing waste and obsolescence. You will continuously explore and develop new vendors to improve rates and services.

Utilizing ERP systems for tracking and reporting is essential in this role. Monitoring costs, analyzing performance metrics, and reporting improvements to management is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 13–17 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain (Manufacturing industry experience preferred)
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, and supplier management processes
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and drive cost efficiency
