About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate, Data Management to join our International Legal Entity Shared Services team in Pune, India. This role will be part of our Data Management & Quantitative Analysis Team Lead and will be responsible for preparing and processing documents for specific meetings to committee members, including meeting minutes, risk committee administration, and agenda management.


Key Responsibilities



  • Prepare and process documents for specific meetings to committee members, including meeting minutes.
  • Manage risk committee administration, including meeting logistics management, diaries, invites, and ensuring quorum.
  • Manage agenda, working with co-chairs and SRM's to manage the forward-looking agenda and ensure presenters are familiar with requirements around presentation and submission of papers.
  • Manage action log, obtaining updates and expediting responses from action owners.
  • Manage attendance tracker.
  • Administer the Risk Committee pack, collating, first-level QA of papers, and distribution.
  • Ensure compliance obligations under relevant laws and regulatory authorities are met from a governance perspective.
  • Compile, synthesize, and report on the Bank's or market data sources.
  • Provide analytical project management support for assigned areas.
  • Support assigned areas with advanced, complex qualitative and quantitative analyses.
  • Produce management reporting and analyses.

Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Years of work experience required.
  • Prior experience in corporate/company secretarial work or similar relevant experience required.
  • Hands-on experience of MS Office, including MS Excel, and preparation of reporting and dashboard required.
  • Individual Contributor role, no people management responsibilities required.
