Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Custom Solutions: Create custom themes, plugins, and reusable components to enhance the user experience.
  • Create High-Converting Content: Design and develop high-converting landing pages, homepages, and blog templates.
  • Optimize Website Performance: Perform database-level updates, fix performance bottlenecks, and handle backend optimizations.
  • Ensure Responsive Design: Manage WordPress templates for responsive, cross-browser compatibility.
Digital Marketing Expertise
  • Conduct Keyword Research: Perform keyword research, internal linking strategies, and on-page SEO optimization.
  • Set Up Analytics Tools: Set up and manage Google Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager, and track trends.
  • Implement Off-Page SEO Strategies: Implement off-page SEO strategies and backlink outreach.
  • Improve Core Web Vitals: Optimize pages for Core Web Vitals and performance scores.
Content Creation
  • Write Optimized Content: Write and publish SEO-optimized blog articles on various topics.
  • Use AI Tools: Use Generative AI tools for content ideation and drafting.
  • Collaborate on Content Planning: Collaborate on content planning for marketing funnels and campaigns.
Tools & Platforms
  • WordPress (with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL)
  • Yoast SEO, Rank Math, or All in One SEO Pack
  • Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Chat GPT / Jasper / Writesonic (AI Content Tools)
  • Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
  • Social Media Platforms & Schedulers (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)

To succeed in this role, you must have 3+ years of experience with WordPress development, a strong portfolio showcasing websites and SEO results, and knowledge of digital marketing funnels, customer journey, and CRO.
