Job Title: Senior Agentic AI Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Agentic AI Engineer to lead the development of our cutting-edge agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on backend systems, and experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing agentic AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks. They will also architect and build robust and scalable backend systems, integrate and manage interactions with LLMs through APIs and other interfaces, and optimize vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and develop agentic AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks.

  • Develop and implement sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Lang graph, Agno, or CrewAI.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong track record of independently delivering production-grade backend systems.
  • Proven expertise in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Langchain.
  • Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Deep understanding of LLMs and their application in building intelligent systems.
  • Proficient with Git for version control.
  • Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
