Job Title: Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior AI Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python/Fast API and frameworks like FastAPI, Flask.
  • Database Optimization: Optimize database performance using SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
  • Asynchronous Programming: Implement asynchronous programming for high-throughput applications using Kafka, RabbitMQ.
  • Microservices Architecture: Work with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • CICD Pipelines: Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment and testing.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with data engineers to process and optimize large-scale datasets.
  • Machine Learning: Develop and integrate machine learning pipelines where necessary.
  • Code Quality: Write efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • System Security: Ensure high system security, performance, and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development and 5+ in Python.
  • Gen AI Experience: 2+ yrs exp of Gen AI, Open AI, AWS bedrock, crew,ai, langchain, etc.
  • OOP and SOLID: Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
  • APIs and Databases: Experience in building RESTful and GraphQL APIs, expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
  • Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of multi-threading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming, hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and serverless computing.
  • DevOps Tools: Experience working with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
  • Debugging and Performance: Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
  • Unit Testing: Proficiency in unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
