Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Asset Management Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition and management of single-family homes across various markets.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategies to maximize portfolio growth, operational efficiency, and investor returns. You will work closely with our underwriting team to ensure that all acquisitions meet our investment criteria.

As a Senior Asset Management Officer, you will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of asset managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of their tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize portfolio growth and investor returns
  • Oversee the acquisition and management of single-family homes across various markets
  • Work closely with the underwriting team to ensure that all acquisitions meet our investment criteria
  • Lead and manage a team of asset managers
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of their tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in real estate asset management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position. You should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

In addition, you should have a strong understanding of financial modeling, data analysis, and market trends. You will also need to be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
