Job Title: Senior Creative Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced creative architect to lead our team in delivering high-quality architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept design, design development, and finalization of various projects in coordination with departments and management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Prepare and finalize working drawings and details within stipulated timeframes.
  • Document project specifications, RERA, EC, IGBC, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct frequent site visits during construction phases to ensure quality adherence to specifications and drawings.
  • Lead a team of architects and draughtsmen to achieve project goals on time.
  • Prioritize creativity, project management, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • B.Arch degree with 18 to 20 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Excellent creativity, innovative thinking, and design skills.
  • Effective project management techniques, attention to detail, and high-quality output.
  • In-depth knowledge of development control regulations, EC, and IGBC.
  • Design and aesthetic sense, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, drawing and documentation skills.
