Cybersecurity Specialist

At Palo Alto Networks, we're dedicated to providing exceptional support to our customers and partners. As a Cybersecurity Specialist - Network Support, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' networks.

You'll work closely with our valued customers to address complex post-sales concerns, analyzing situations and data to provide expert solutions. Your strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities will enable you to detail difficult technical issues to both non-technical and technical professionals.

• Provide technical support to customers and partners
• Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
• Conduct root cause analysis and fault isolation for technical issues
• Publish technical support bulletins and other documentation in the knowledge base

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• More than 8 years of customer-facing technical support experience
• Expertise with Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, Authentication Protocols (LDAP, RADIUS etc.)
• Experience working with Firewall Central Management Systems
• Strong ability to independently debug broad, complex, and unique networks with mixed media and protocols required

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy benefits such as:
