Cybersecurity Specialist

Softenger is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing firewall solutions to protect our network infrastructure effectively.

We are looking for an individual with strong knowledge of Palo Alto Networks Firewalls or Check Point Firewalls, as well as experience in firewall configuration, management, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience in the architecture and components of firewalls and be able to configure and optimize firewall policies to ensure alignment with our security requirements and best practices.

The successful candidate will also have a proven track record of working with Internet technologies, including TCP/IP and network routing protocols. In addition, they will have effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment to achieve our organization's security objectives.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, as well as industry certifications such as Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) or Check Point Certified Security Administrator (CCSA). We are looking for candidates with at least 3-5 years of experience working with firewalls, network security, and incident management.

$85,000 per year
