Job Title: Impact Strategist

About The Role:

You will lead initiatives to drive sustainability and create positive social impact within the organization. Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that align with the company's CSR goals.

This role requires a blend of project management skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for making a meaningful difference in society.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine the company's social responsibility strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate social responsibility into business operations and practices.
  • Contribute to the development of short- and long-term goals for social impact/CSR initiatives.
  • Plan, conduct field research using quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor social impact projects.
  • Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion of CSR project milestones.
  • Track project progress, resolve challenges, and maintain effective communication.
  • Cultivate relationships with corporates, community groups, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with external partners to co-create and implement impactful social initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on initiative progress, outcomes, and impact.
  • Communicate successes, challenges, and learnings to internal and external audiences.

Mandatory Qualification And Experience:

  • A post-graduate degree in Management/Social Science Stream/Rural Management/Sustainability and CSR.
  • Around 2+ years of experience in research, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, leading initiatives from concept to execution.
