Strategic Communication Lead

Some of your key responsibilities include:

Strategic Planning

• Develop and execute long-term communication strategies that drive business results.

• Identify key opportunities for impactful messaging and optimize our outreach efforts.

Crisis Management

• Develop crisis communication plans to mitigate risks to our reputation.

• Ensure preparedness for handling crises effectively with clear, concise, and rapid responses.

Internal Collaboration

• Oversee internal communication strategies to ensure seamless information flow within the organization.

• Foster employee engagement by promoting transparent and consistent messaging.

Social Responsibility

• Manage communication strategies around corporate social responsibility initiatives to highlight our contributions to society.

• Promote sustainability and social responsibility activities to enhance our reputation.

Content Development

• Oversee the creation of high-quality content for press releases, reports, and digital platforms.

• Implement quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to communication standards.

  • A Bachelor's or master's degree in communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate communication, public relations, or media relations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
