Job Title: EH&S Specialist

This is a specialized role that serves as the link between business and IT functions, ensuring that EH&S requirements are met through effective IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for EH&S business function and IT.
  • Manage EH&S-related IT projects from start to finish.
  • Perform business analysis to translate EH&S needs into IT requirements.
  • Ensure stability, compliance, and usability of EH&S applications.
  • Oversee incident, request, and release management activities.
  • Collaborate with global process owners to ensure alignment.
  • Coordinate enhancements, upgrades, and integrations of EH&S solutions.
  • Monitor service performance and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Provide governance and compliance oversight.
  • Support change management and adoption of EH&S tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10–15 years of experience in IT business partnering or service management.
  • Strong knowledge of EH&S processes and supporting IT systems.
  • Experience in project management and ITIL practices.
  • Hands-on experience with service and vendor management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working in global environments.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
