AdTech Optimization Specialist

Job Description:

We seek an AdTech optimization specialist who possesses a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and can drive revenue growth by maximizing yield across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development and Execution: Design and implement strategies to optimize yield across open auction, PMP, and programmatic direct channels.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor eCPM, fill rates, ad load, and ad vital metrics to improve monetization.
  • Inventory Analysis and Recommendations: Analyze inventory performance and provide structural changes such as floors, packaging, and taxonomy recommendations.
  • Integration Leadership: Lead integration of SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, data partners, and header bidding solutions.
  • AdTech Solution Adoption: Drive adoption of advanced AdTech solutions like Prebid, Open Bidding, and server-to-server setups.
  • Technical Setup and Troubleshooting: Ensure smooth technical setup, QA, and troubleshooting for all partners.
  • Ad Server Management: Manage and optimize ad server configurations (Google Ad Manager or equivalent).
  • AMP and mWeb Solutions: Develop scalable solutions for AMP, mWeb, and app monetization.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement new formats and platform improvements.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay ahead of industry changes in Privacy Sandbox, identity solutions, and supply path optimization.
  • Experimentation and Scaling: Run controlled experiments with new formats, demand partners, and floor strategies, then scale successful ones.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in AdTech, Programmatic Monetization, or Yield Management.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ad Manager, Prebid, Open Bidding, and header bidding frameworks.
  • Deep knowledge of AMP, mWeb, and app monetization dynamics.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills across integrations and platforms.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and editorial teams.
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
