Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our expense management and payroll processes. This is an exciting opportunity to join us and contribute your skills and experience to help drive our business forward.

About the Role
  • Take charge of managing expenses and ensuring pre-payroll activities are completed efficiently.
  • Review timesheets and expenses for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to client specific checklists.
  • Verify receipts received and ensure final amount tally.
  • Communicate directly with contractors or sales team for discrepancies in expense sheets and receipts submitted.
  • Manage payroll related queries by analyzing data and preparing an in-depth overview of the issue.
  • Process emails received in shared inboxes in line with deadlines and urgency levels. Respond to emails within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Save expense sheets and receipts as per filing convention required by Payroll teams and seek approvals from managers without impacting turnaround time.
  • Work according to payroll schedule to ensure no delays in payment.
Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Reviewing and processing timesheets and expenses in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Verifying receipts and ensuring accurate financial records.
  3. Communicating effectively with contractors and sales teams regarding discrepancies in expense sheets and receipts.
  4. Managing payroll queries and providing support to resolve issues.
  5. Processing emails and responding promptly to minimize delays.
