**Credit Professional Opportunity**
We seek a seasoned credit professional to drive business growth and excellence in our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit analysis, management, and underwriting, with the ability to review and assess complex loan applications within defined guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and assessing loan proposals as per laid down policies and procedures.
- Conducting personal discussions with customers to establish their credit worthiness and ensuring completion of KYC documents and verification.
- Maintaining portfolio and delinquency reports for the cluster and regular reporting on same.
- Building effective relationships with third parties to deliver best outcomes for clients.
- Taking ownership of client queries and using industry knowledge to overcome challenges and solve problems.
Requirements include:
- Post graduate or graduate degree in any discipline.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
