Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Description:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will handle customer calls, resolve queries, process orders from our e-commerce platform, and ensure excellent post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and polite manner.
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
  • Process and manage customer orders via our online store platform.
  • Track and update order status, shipping details, and returns/refunds where applicable.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, accounts) for order fulfillment.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care / call handling (E-commerce preferred).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required).
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer-first approach.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
