Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

You'll conduct thorough needs assessments, uncovering requirements for new applications or upgrades. Document specifications using Business Analysis methodologies. Craft comprehensive use cases, trace requirements meticulously, or visualize process flows with unmatched attention to detail.

Your Essential Qualifications Are:

- Experience in Banking domain

- Prepare Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans for small finance banks

- Manage DR / BCP Operations for Banks or Financial institutions

- Prepare and execute Application level DR plans for 80+ applications

- Knowledge of Kyndryl Resiliency Orchestrator or similar Disaster Recovery Automation tools

- Design, prepare, and automate DR Automation workflows

Desirable Skills and Experience:

- SaaS application implementation experience: Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite, Infor, Unit 4, PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, Lawson, etc.

- Application modernization tools, e.g. CAST

- DevSecOps processes implementation and experience in assisting stakeholders in quantifying risks and developing mitigation strategies
