Cloud Architect Position

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of cloud-based systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing scalable and secure architectures, with a focus on cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop cloud architecture tenets and provide technology frameworks for our company's cloud native journey
  • Design and optimize applications for scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery
  • Develop a library of deployable and documented cloud design patterns based on our product portfolio
  • Lead decision-making processes with research, data, and clear explanations
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of AWS Services and hands-on experience with Kubernetes' internal architecture
  • Expertise in setting up Kubernetes clusters and designing end-to-end container management solutions
  • Good understanding of core architectural concepts, including distributed computing, scalability, availability, and performance
  • In-depth knowledge of deploying, managing, and monitoring AWS Cloud Infrastructure
  • Experience with key DevOps technologies, including Docker, Cloud Formation, and CI/CD services
  • Strong understanding of Linux environment and ability to troubleshoot problems across different technology layers
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience of migration on premise workloads onto AWS
  • Knowledge of Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB databases, and Node.JS, Java, Python applications
