Job Title: Company Secretary

About Our Organization:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate compliance with regulatory frameworks governing secretarial functions and maintain high standards of corporate governance.
  • Act as a liaison between the Secretarial function and other departments, stakeholders, and senior management team members.
  • Liaise with external regulators and consultants on matters such as lawyers, auditors, and stock exchanges.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure effective governance and management of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Company Secretary with a reputable organization.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with a listed company.
  • Experience in conducting Board/ Committee/ General meetings and advising on corporate transactions.

Education:

Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
