About the Role

  • Incorporate search engine optimization best practices in the content to enhance online visibility and reach.
  • Evaluate and improve the quality of written materials by ensuring technical accuracy and consistency.
  • Create content that enhances the user experience, making complex technical information accessible and engaging for the target audience.
  • Develop scripts for video content, including product demonstrations, tutorials, and promotional videos.
  • Apply the company's brand voice, guidelines, and messaging strategies throughout all content.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical communication.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve content quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years
  • Proven experience as a technical writer, content writer, or similar role in the technology or digital services industry.
  • Demonstrated understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into clear and accessible content for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in scripting and storytelling for video content production.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
