About the Role

For this position, we are seeking an expert in quality assurance who has attention to detail and commitment to maintaining consistent quality. This role will play a vital part in upholding the brand's reputation and delivering safe, high-quality products.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain quality control protocols and standard operating procedures across manufacturing, warehousing, and packaging.

• Conduct audits and approve manufacturers and raw material suppliers; ensure adherence to GMP, FSSAI, and regulatory standards.

• Manage quality checks for raw materials, blends, and finished goods through internal and third-party labs. Ability to evaluate sensory parameters of the products.

• Successfully complete Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and Food Security Training.

• Lead issue resolution through Root Cause Analysis (RCA), implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain to improve quality processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Food technology or related field.

• Total work Experience: 2-3 years minimum.
