IT Service Management Consultant

About this role:

We are seeking an experienced IT service management consultant to help our clients achieve their business objectives. As a seasoned expert in the field, you will have a proven track record of designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet client requirements and industry best practices.

  • Collect business requirements through workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand and document needs
  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions in collaboration with technical teams, ensuring alignment with business needs
  • Identify gaps between existing processes and desired future state processes, recommending solutions and improvements
  • Implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and applications
Key Responsibilities:
  • Have at least 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions
  • Understand Sales and Order Management processes followed in organizations
  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow SOM module as per organization's SOM process
  • Experience in design and implementation of ServiceNow modules, including Sales and Order Management, Supplier Lifecycle Operations, and Customer Service Management
  • Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform, security, performance, and compliance
