Enterprise TOSCA Tester - Automation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise TOSCA Tester to spearhead test automation and validation initiatives across our suite of enterprise applications. This strategic role demands in-depth expertise in TOSCA, complemented by strong working knowledge of Selenium and TestNG to design, implement, and execute robust test frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead test automation efforts with TOSCA as the primary tool, driving efficiency and scalability in our testing processes.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts using TOSCA, Selenium, and TestNG, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business requirements.
  • Perform comprehensive functional, regression, and integration testing across applications and APIs, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Implement Business-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Execute database validation using SQL and troubleshoot data-related issues, ensuring accuracy and reliability in our systems.
  • Prepare detailed test strategies, plans, and documentation for medium to large-scale Agile projects, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Drive automation improvements and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong hands-on expertise in TOSCA (mandatory), with proven experience in designing and implementing efficient test automation frameworks.

Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver & TestNG, with the ability to leverage these tools effectively in test script development and execution.

Experience in API testing (SOAP UI / Rest Assured), with a solid understanding of web services and their integration with test automation.

Familiarity with DevOps tools (GIT, Jenkins, Nexus), enabling seamless collaboration and automation in our CI/CD pipelines.

Strong SQL skills for backend/database validation, with the ability to write effective queries and troubleshoot complex database issues.

Good communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of Karate, JMeter, Cucumber BDD, with the ability to leverage these tools in advanced testing scenarios.

Exposure to Microservices, Java, MuleSoft, with a solid understanding of modern software architecture and its implications on testing.

Knowledge of Credit Risk domain or similar finance/banking applications, with relevant industry experience and a deep understanding of related regulatory requirements.
