Job Title: Senior AI Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to design, develop and deploy AI solutions that enhance product development workflows, engineering services and organisational processes.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions that are transparent, reliable and easy to maintain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deploy AI models using advanced machine learning techniques to improve areas such as hardware verification, software testing, security checking, account marketing and CRM optimisation.
  • Apply AI to improve hardware verification, software testing and security checking.
  • Automate processes in account marketing, CRM and organisational workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 6+ years in engineering (software, hardware or systems).
  • At least 3 years in AI/ML, with hands-on experience in model development, training and deployment.
  • Strong programming ability (Python, Java or R).
  • Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Hugging Face).
  • Solid knowledge of data science practices: feature engineering, training/testing pipelines, evaluation metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in AI, ML, Data Science or related field.
  • Experience ensuring fairness, transparency and explainability in AI systems.
