No silos.Zero-API mentality: You don't rely on an elaborate API layer; you're comfortable making decisions across the stack with minimal abstractions.Launched real AI apps: You've taken at least one AI-powered product to market, preferably LLM-based.Ownership mindset: You're hands-on, bottom-line accountable, and thrive in unstructured environments.????
