Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement multi-agent AI systems using CrewAI and LangChain for real-time logistics optimization.
  • Develop autonomous agents capable of decision-making, task delegation, and inter-agent communication.
  • Conduct A/B testing and beta testing for AI workflows and improve system performance.
  • Build and deploy Agentic & RAG-based chatbots and LLM applications.
  • Integrate AI with logistics platforms (TMS/WMS) and external APIs.
  • Set up dashboards & monitoring tools for system KPIs.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's (4 Years)/ Master's (3+2 Years) in Computer Science.
  • 3-5 years in AI/ML development (multi-agent systems, logistics, or related).
  • Hands-on experience with CrewAI, LangChain, and LLM deployment.
  • Strong Python skills, ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
  • Practical experience in chatbot lifecycle (design → deployment).
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, beta testing pipelines, and real-world simulations.
  • Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), NLP, and distributed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of graph theory, network optimization, blockchain security.
  • Experience with MCP (Needed).
