Product Director Role

We are seeking an accomplished Product Director to spearhead our product team and drive the strategy for our healthcare products.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth through innovative solutions.

This role involves defining product goals and metrics, initiating new product development projects, and overseeing the completion of requirement definitions, functional specifications, architecture definition, database design, technical implementation, unit and integration testing of systems.

The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all stakeholders, including product teams, sales teams, and customers.

In addition, they will be able to facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-up meetings, reviews/demos, retrospectives, and other scrum ceremonies, as well as set goals and develop metrics and reports using JIRA to help the team understand product health and progress.

This position requires a deep understanding of Agile framework, technology, software development life cycle, engineering operations, platform components & services, databases, etc.

A Bachelor's Degree and 25+ years of work experience are required. Over 15+ years in a Product Management role is preferred.
