About the Role:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee the entire finance function. As an independent contributor, this individual will be responsible for managing accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.

This role involves end-to-end management of the finance function, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in FMCG or fast-moving environments and possess a Semi-CA or Qualified CMA degree with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis, as well as driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Additionally, they will monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure financial controls are in place.

Key Responsibilities include:

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
