Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects. As a key member of the International Business Division Team, you will work closely with Senior Account Directors to serve as a liaison between clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution: Lead all responsibilities on project execution, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
  • Client Understanding: Develop a thorough understanding of client research problems, identifying key areas for improvement.
  • Research Instrumentation: Localize research instruments, including screeners, discussion guides, and research stimulus materials, to ensure cultural relevance.
  • Data Collection: Train data collection teams and conduct In-depth Interviews, Focus Group Discussions, Ethnographies, etc., ensuring high-quality data collection.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and control quality during data collection, providing actionable solutions to issues.
  • Reporting Insights: Conduct qualitative data analysis and report insights to clients, enabling informed decision-making.
Essential Skills/Competencies:
  • Communication: Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • Inter-team Management: Good inter-team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Qualitative Insights: Derive qualitative insights and construct research reports, showcasing findings effectively.
  • Travel: Open to travel across regions for project management and client visits.
  • Cultural Competence: Experience servicing international clients is preferred, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances.
