Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage daily goods receipt, sales invoicing, and scrap sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and ensuring adequate availability of raw materials and production materials.

Main Responsibilities
  • Daily Goods Receipt: Ensure that all documents are in line with company policy.
  • Sales Invoicing & E-way Bill Generation: Generate invoices and e-way bills on a daily basis for finished goods.
  • Scrap Sales: Be responsible for selling scrap at the plant level.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor RM, PM, and FG inventory levels daily and ensure monthly stock audits are completed as per company policy.
  • Quarterly Company Assets Monitoring: Monitor company assets on a quarterly basis.
  • JW Bills Verification: Verify JW bills and submit them to the manufacturing team for validation.
Key Skills
  • Plant Accounting
Requirements
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Good working knowledge in SAP.
  • Prior experience in Inventory Management.
  • Strong Plant accounting Skills.
