Job Title:Admin and Inventory ManagerLocation:Bangalore, IndiaExperience:Minimum 3+ YearsJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Admin and Inventory Manager to oversee administrative operations and inventory control in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will manage procurement processes, vendor coordination, facility management, and ensure efficient inventory management systems are in place.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Operations:Oversee daily administrative and office management tasksSupervise support staff and ensure adherence to internal standardsManage facility upkeep, security, and maintenance activitiesHandle vendor contracts and service agreementsEnsure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirementsOptimize administrative costs and processesPrepare and present administrative reports for managementInventory Management:Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate availabilityImplement and maintain inventory control policies and systemsEnsure timely receipt, proper storage, and dispatch of materialsConduct stock audits and maintain accurate inventory recordsCoordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for smooth operationsControl costs related to inventory and procurementGenerate inventory reports and analyticsKey Requirements:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years' experience in administrative and inventory management rolesPreferably from renewable energy, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectorsProficient in MS Office and inventory/ERP toolsStrong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
