Job Title: Global Banking Relationship Manager

Job Summary:
A challenging and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a skilled banking professional to join our team as a Global Banking Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with affluent clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture personal relationships with affluent clients through in-depth profiling and needs analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business across liabilities, assets, and fee products.
  • Generate revenue growth by sustaining and achieving growth in relationship value, revenues, and client stickiness.
  • Acquire new affluent clients and increase the customer base.
  • Work closely with other businesses to provide seamless access to NR products for NRI customers.
  • Navigate complex technical challenges to enhance service delivery and client experience.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by tracking and resolving customer complaints and queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* In-depth knowledge of NR products and processes with mandatory certifications (NISM, IRDA).
* Strong numerical-analytical skills and ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
