Job Overview:

This is a key role in managing government sector internships for university students. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with government departments, research institutions, and policy-making bodies to create opportunities for students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and establish relationships with government entities to facilitate internship placements.
  • Negotiate and manage agreements with partner organizations.
  • Coordinate logistics and support for student interns, including orientation and induction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and impact of government internships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Policy, Governance, Public Administration, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience working with government agencies, ministries, or public sector clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
