Job Title: Senior Client Servicing Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Servicing Executive who can bridge the gap between our clients and creative teams. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong relationship management skills, a deep understanding of brand communication, and the ability to translate client requirements into effective advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Brand Understanding: Understand client business goals, marketing objectives, and brand identity to provide strategic inputs.
  • Creative Briefing: Brief internal teams clearly and manage project timelines end-to-end.
  • Campaign Coordination: Coordinate and follow up on campaigns, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Presentation Skills: Present creative ideas, campaign plans, and reports with confidence and clarity.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of agency services.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in client servicing in advertising, marketing, or digital agencies.
  • Work Style: Full-time & On-site work opportunity only.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Social Media: Social media handling – preferred as an additional qualification.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: A problem-solver with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
