Growth Manager Role

The Growth Manager will lead the strategy and execution for the Growth function, aligning with Product and Marketing teams to develop GTM plans for all business markets. The primary goal is to achieve company growth objectives through effective collaboration and resource allocation.

  • Cross-company collaboration, leveraging expertise in product enhancements, procedures, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Create a dynamic environment that supports organizational goals, fostering innovation and experimentation.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives, balancing long-term brand-building activities with mid-term lead generation and quick wins.
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage the marketing budget to achieve sustainable bottom-line growth.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of scaling up from scratch.
  • Strong background in Growth Hacking, Product Marketing, demand generation, customer acquisition funnels, and performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with Campaign Management Tools (e.g., Active Campaign) and Web Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Highly goal-driven, comfortable working in fast-paced environments, and possessing strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Adept at navigating matrix environments and thriving in dynamic settings.
