Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Protection Lead to join our team. This role is a combination of data loss prevention (DLP) and security orchestration leadership in Cyber Defense Center, which operates 24x7.

This position requires the ability to be available on call during weekends and off hours, including night shifts, to support business requirements. People management is also essential in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DLP investigations, automation, and people management. They will be responsible for mentoring the team to innovate solutions, improve DLP investigations, and operational efficiency.

This role also involves managing KPIs, operational deliverables, problem management, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will ensure maximum coverage and efficient operations in the Cyber Defense Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage DLP investigations and escalations
  • Mentor the team to innovate solutions and improve DLP investigations
  • Ensure maximum coverage and efficient operations in the Cyber Defense Center
  • Manage KPIs and operational deliverables
  • Problem management and operational excellence

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of cybersecurity-relevant work experience
  • Strong knowledge of programming skills, delivered automation projects, and good awareness of current and developing security threats and technologies
  • DLP tools knowledge and CASB is essential
  • Strong proficiency in DLP investigations and excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
