Job Title: Benefits Consultant

We're seeking an expert in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits to lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of global benefits modules.

About the Role

This is a highly skilled professional position that involves leading the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors Global Benefits across large organizations.

  • Lead implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors Global Benefits across large organizations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand global benefits needs and design tailored solutions.
  • Configure benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and vendor integrations.

The successful candidate will have experience in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits configuration and implementation, strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations, and excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits configuration and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver business-driven solutions.
Benefits

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and certifications such as SAP SuccessFactors (Global Benefits or Employee Central).

You will be responsible for conducting training sessions to drive user adoption and system efficiency, working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data flow, and providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements post go-live.
