Job Description

The Community Manager is responsible for creating a collaborative environment that fosters connections among members. This involves organizing social events and meetings, working with local businesses to plan engagement initiatives, and continuously measuring member satisfaction to improve it.

The Community Manager is also the face of the center, ensuring that the front desk is always staffed by a team member. They conceptualize and execute community initiatives such as events that help build relationships between members.

  • Gather data on members' business objectives and identify services that could help them achieve their goals.
  • Supervise in-building events for compliance with house rules and escalate issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage billing and check-ins/check-outs for hourly or day-pass members.
  • Conduct CoWrks Center Tours for potential new members.
  • Attend to members' needs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage membership waiting lists.
  • Ensure all members have enrolled on Cowrks App.

Operations

  • Work with Operations teams to maintain operational efficiency and cleanliness of CoWrks spaces.
  • Assist Community Manager in building policies for Guest Registration, Security, and Building Procedures.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Community Manager.
  • Liaise with Facilities & IT Support teams to resolve member issues.
  • Implement new initiatives, policies, and processes to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
