
Ecommerce Seller Enablement Professional

We're seeking a seasoned and highly motivated seller enablement professional to drive the success of third-party sellers on a leading marketplace.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, combining strategic thinking, operational excellence, and analytical skills. They'll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive seller enablement strategies, programs, and initiatives to improve seller performance, retention, and satisfaction.
- Develop scalable solutions and resources to address key seller pain points and opportunities.
- Drive the adoption of new features, tools, and services among sellers.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to advocate for seller needs.
SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL POSSESS EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO ARTICULATE COMPLEX CONCEPTS CLEARLY AND PERSUASIVELY. THEY WILL ALSO DEMONSTRATE A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF DEVELOPING AND EXECUTING SUCCESSFUL PROGRAMS THAT DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH.
This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with cross-functional teams.
- MBA or MBA equivalent post-graduate degree
- 5+ years of program management experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce industry
