Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular system checks and maintenance using SMP/E.
  • Execute upgrades and patches for CICS versions, Transaction Server, and other associated software.
  • Configure and manage CICS RDO (Resource Definition Online) resources.
  • Create, configure, and decommission CICS regions as required.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and implement process improvements.
  • Support z/OS Connect and other related technologies.

Required Skills:

  • Expert knowledge of CICS Systems Programming and experience in z/OS, JCL, REXX, VSAM, Endevor, CA7, ServiceNow, and z/OS Explorer.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
