Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing our finances, providing strategic direction, and ensuring the accuracy of our financial reports.

  • Lead and manage the financial structure and optimal financing options for the company.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversee the accounting and finance departments.
  • Ensure the company's financial reports are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the capital structure and optimize financing options.
  • Develop and implement best practices for financial management.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement.
  • Monitor business performance and prepare detailed reports for earnings calls and management team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Five or more years of experience in financial and commercial roles.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in executive leadership/team handling role.
  • CA qualification or Master's degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance.
  • Experience in independently handling finalization of books of accounts.
  • Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning.
