Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned technical expert to serve as a lead across all stages of the software development lifecycle.

  • Provide architectural oversight, conduct code/design reviews, and enforce quality assurance.
  • Engage with stakeholders to align technical solutions with regulatory and business requirements in the capital markets domain.
  • Guide teams in the development and support of high-availability, secure financial applications.
  • Ensure smooth DevOps processes and manage L3 production support.
Technical Requirements:
  • Lead architecture, design, and development of web-based enterprise applications in the capital markets domain using Java (JSP, Struts, EJB).
  • Review and approve designs, technical specifications, and architecture artifacts.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, design patterns, and maintainability.
  • Drive event-driven architecture implementation for real-time systems.
  • Integrate and deploy on IBM WAS, Apache, Tomcat, and Windows environments.
  • Implement messaging and asynchronous communication via IBM MQ.
  • Optimize SQL queries and data access on IBM DB2.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Java programming skills with experience in JSP, Struts, and EJB.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies.
  • Experience in leading architecture, design, and development of web-based enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of event-driven architecture and its implementation in real-time systems.
  • Familiarity with integration and deployment on various platforms such as IBM WAS, Apache, Tomcat, and Windows environments.
  • Ability to implement messaging and asynchronous communication using IBM MQ.
  • Proficiency in optimizing SQL queries and data access on IBM DB2.
Working Environment:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software products that meet industry standards.
