Lead AI Visionary Role

We are seeking a pioneering Head of Artificial Intelligence to spearhead our AI/ML strategy and drive innovation across personalized matchmaking, fraud prevention, and customer engagement. As a visionary leader, you will leverage cutting-edge technologies to create meaningful impact and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an AI/ML roadmap that powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models to enhance user experiences.
  • Integrate AI and LLMs to drive developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Leverage recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and enhance overall CX/RX.
  • Deploy LLM-based solutions to elevate customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 18+ years in technology leadership, including 5+ years in AI Product Development (AI/ML/LLM implementation in B2C/B2B applications)
  • B.E./B.Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science or related field from Tier 1 or Premium Engineering Institutions; MBA or executive education preferred
