Lead Data Scientist - AI Visionary

Lingaro's data journey transforms clients through strategic development, operations, and adoption, unlocking the full potential of their data.

The DS/AI Competency Center leverages data analytics and artificial intelligence technologies to derive insights, build predictive models, and develop AI-powered solutions. We utilize Exploratory Data Analysis, Statistical Modeling, Machine Learning, Model Deployment, Integration, Model Monitoring, and Maintenance to deliver business solutions using multiple AI techniques and tools.

The key duties include:

  • Running end-to-end initiatives from business understanding to deployment
  • Analyzing and interpreting findings
  • Drawing conclusions and recommendations with expected benefits and ROI for enhancing business processes
  • Supporting pre-sales activities and initiatives

Requirements:

Must Have:

  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts
  • Experience with Machine Learning (ML), especially Generative AI with focus on NLP or multi-modal models
  • Business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, models evaluation, hypothesis testing, and model deployment expertise
  • Fluency in Python, working knowledge of SQL and vector databases
  • Knowledge of specific libraries like NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs i.e. OpenAI/Gemini

Nice to Have:

  • Big data and distributed environments experience
  • Commercial experience proven by successful projects in Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision

  • Good programming skills and familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts
  • Azure cloud resources, Databricks expertise
  • Hands-on Docker experience for containerization
  • Strong business acumen
