Training Specialist Job Description

Our team is seeking a skilled Training Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to translate content into regional languages, and have experience in customer service and project handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee their results for the assigned territory and region.
  • Manage live performance metrics end-to-end for the assigned territory.
  • Conduct learning sessions on new processes as well as Business Quality Metrics through ITL or digital learning as per requirement. Deliver various training courses as continuous learning.
  • Maintain data and analysis through reports on Excel (as per business requirement).
  • Ensure completion of new hire training program, coaching & other performance improvement programs on time.
  • Partner with operations leaders while conducting station audits to check process compliance and fix gaps on an immediate basis.
  • Identify learning coaches & certify them.
  • Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service and handling projects will be an added advantage.
  • Should be able to translate the given content in regional languages.
  • Provide support to existing data management through analysis and accurate reports.
  • Capability to present intricate information to a variety of audiences.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Graduate in any field.
  • Excellent organization & interpersonal skills.
  • Person should be flexible working on weekends (in case of business requirement).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven 2 years as a Training Specialist/Trainer in a similar role.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Should know the local language (Kannada) to interact with ground team.
